I've been to Monika for over 10 years now- following her to every space she moves to. She has an amazing eye for eyebrow shape, and I've been so picky, clearly because they are the one thing that really shapes your face. I've been to almost all Ziba's in CA and various small eyebrow threading places, and I've never had the most consistency as I have with Monika. She is my saving grace for eyebrows and would never let another person near my or my daughters eyebrows.
My cousin and I have gone to Monika for years. I had moved to Redwood City and still made the drive to get my brows threaded by her. No one ever compares! She keeps my brows as full as possible, and shapes them so nicely. Recently I tried henna for my brows. And it is a game changer. I love them! I will follow her to wherever salon/shop she goes to. She does an amazing job!

This place is really "hidden" just like the name. It's literally next to the gas station pumps. I drove around for 10 minutes because I didn't even pay attention to the little building. Came here as San Mateo county starts reopening all businesses today. I finally got my eyebrow threading after 3 months. It was painless, meticulous, and I'm impressed with the extra cleaning Monika did to make sure her customers are protected. Her eyebrow threading also costs $12 still, which is the same as her price pre-covid. My new favorite eyebrow threading place!
